At Pointe West Honda, we know your time is valuable. That's why our service department features a drive-thru so you don't have to spend time looking for parking.
Our comfortable waiting area offers beverages, snacks, television, children's play area, WiFi zone and a computer for your use. If you prefer not to wait, our shuttle service is always available to take you where you need to go.

After-Hours Drop-Off / Pick-Up
If our hours don't accommodate your needs, you can drop off or pick up your car after hours. For drop-off, park your car on the street and proceed to the drive-thru door (located on the east side of the building). There will be a mailbox with envelopes where you can fill out all your vehicle information. Drop this information and a set of keys into the mailbox slot.
For after-hours pick-up, you can proceed to our main reception desk (operating on regular sales hours) to pay and pick up your keys. For more information, contact the service department at 780 483-4024.
